Here is what you can expect over the next few weeks…
•REGISTRATION CLOSES ON 10/26 AT MIDNIGHT.
•This is a free event for spectators, so bring your fans!
• Heats will be released 48 hours in advance.
• Athletes check-in will open Friday, 11/1 from 4pm -7pm, and re-open Saturday morning at 6am. Given the number of teams, Friday night check in is preferred.
• A briefing will be held at 6:30am. The briefing is not mandatory; however athletes are expected to and be responsible for understanding all movements. 3-2-1 GO! Will begin 7am weather/sunlight permitting.
• WODA will have a photographer for the event. All photos will be released roughly 48 hours after the event. Athletes are welcome to hire a personal photographer; however, photographers will not be permitted inside the lanes unless previously approved by WODA.
• Athletes will have ample space to set up a tent.
• The final heat will end at approximately 5:07pm.
